Follow gate: ask to follow before sending the link
Your freebie is valuable. With a follow gate, InboxMitra asks people to follow your account first, then sends the link. Comments become followers, not just clicks.
Coming after launch
How the follow gate works
Friendly ask, not a wall
The DM politely asks them to follow and tap a button once they have.
Link on follow
Once they confirm, InboxMitra sends the link straight away in the same chat.
Your words, your tone
Write the follow request in English, Hindi or Hinglish — whatever your audience speaks.
Questions
Is the follow gate available at launch?
It arrives soon after launch and is included in the Starter plan and above. Waitlist members get it first.
Can InboxMitra check if someone really followed?
We will use Meta’s official follow-status information where the API provides it. We never use unofficial methods.
