InboxMitra is an Instagram and Facebook DM automation tool. When someone comments a keyword on your post or Reel, it posts a public reply and sends them a private DM — for example with your link, price list or free guide.

InboxMitra uses only Meta’s official Instagram and Messenger APIs. You log in through Instagram’s own screen — we never ask for your password. Sending follows Meta’s rules: one private reply per comment, the 24-hour messaging window, and rate limits that slow down during viral spikes.

You need an Instagram Professional account — Business or Creator. Switching is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app. We will show you how during setup.

There is a free plan with 500 DMs a month and 1,000 contacts. Paid plans start at ₹299 a month, or ₹239 a month billed yearly (save 20%). All prices include 18% GST. Waitlist members can unlock discounts by inviting friends.

Yes. The Pro and Agency plans let you connect a Facebook Page and automate Messenger replies.

Yes. Your messages and keywords can be in Hindi, Hinglish, English or emoji. The dashboard is in English for now; a Hindi version is planned.

After you join, you get your own invite link. Each new person who joins with it moves you up the line and counts towards rewards: 1 friend = early beta access, 3 friends = 30% off for 3 months, 10 friends = founding member with 30% off for life, 25 friends = 6 months of Pro free.

You do. You can export your contacts any time, and if you delete your account we delete your tokens, contacts and messages.
